Autodox Co., Ltd. ("AutoDox", "we", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal data (collectively referred to as "Processing" or "Process") and protect your personal data through our legal solution product, Sonar Legal ("Sonar Legal", or "the Service"). By accessing or using Sonar Legal, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:

Personal Information: Name, email address, contact details, organization, rights enabled or disabled for the user (e.g., whether the user is allowed to use Sonar Legal's templates, create clauses, use Generative AI, etc.), whether the user's account is disabled, groups to which the user belongs, and other identifiers when you register an account, your preferences (e.g., house styles, playbooks, jurisdictions, etc.), or communicate with us.

Usage Data: Information about your interactions with Sonar Legal, including logs, access times, and device information, which will allow us to detect hacking attempts (e.g., repeated login attempts), detect problems at our servers, and provide you with support when things are not working. Moreover, parts of the logs we keep are used to provide you with data analytics on how Sonar Legal is used (e.g., how many clauses were generated, who are the most active users, how many errors were spotted, which features are most popular, and so on).

Legal Data: Any playbooks, or house style templates you upload or process using Sonar Legal.

Aggregated Data: Aggregated Data could be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. Examples include statistical or demographic data for any purpose. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve Sonar Legal;
- To evaluate Sonar Legal’s performance;
- To prepare and implement staff onboarding & offboarding;
- To authenticate users and manage access to the Service;
- To facilitate customer support and respond to inquiries;
- To analyze and enhance security, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with legal obligations;
- To communicate updates, service improvements, and marketing (with opt-out options); or
- To develop new features and improve user experience.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal data. However, we may share your information with:
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors that assist in providing and improving Sonar Legal, such as hosting providers and analytics services. You can find a list of our subprocessors here.
- Legal and Compliance Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or court order, we may disclose personal data to authorities.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to a successor entity.

We will Process your request securely and in a timely manner, as required by law. If we refuse to comply with your request, you may file a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Commission ("PDPC"), a Thai government authority, via saraban@pdpc.or.th using the complaint form provided by the PDPC.
8. International Data Transfers
If you are accessing Sonar Legal from outside Thailand, your data may be transferred and stored in Thailand or other jurisdictions with different data protection laws. By using Sonar Legal, you consent to such transfers.

Sonar Legal may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with external services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.
