Magic Format
Standardize the formatting and styling of your entire document by applying your chosen stylesheet.

Choose the stylesheet you want to format your document into.
Missing Styles: Selecting a stylesheet that requires styles not present in your document triggers an error. You will be prompted to open a new file containing all the necessary styles. You will be prompted to open a new file containing all the necessary styles. Once the file opens, transfer your content into it and continue using Magic Format in your new file.
Format
Clicking the Format button will initiate the process of generating style suggestions for each paragraph.
Review and Apply
After Sonar Legal has generated style suggestions for all the paragraphs, you will be presented with a review table. Here, you can review Sonar Legal's suggestions, and adjust any styles as needed before applying the formatting to your document.
Use the dropdown menu next to each paragraph in the table to modify the suggested style if necessary. Once you have reviewed and confirmed the style for every paragraph, click Apply to update your entire document to your selected stylesheet.
