Standardize the formatting and styling of your entire document with a single click.
Select Stylesheet
The first step is to select the stylesheet that matches your agreement type and language requirements. Sonar Legal offers stylesheets optimized for both monolingual and bilingual documents. For most languages, the Sonar Legal Standard stylesheet provides excellent formatting results. However, if you are working with languages that have special formatting requirements, such as Southeast Asian or East Asian languages, select the appropriate localized stylesheet from the available options. Once you have chosen your preferred stylesheet, click the Start Formatting button to initiate the process of generating style suggestions for each paragraph in your document.
Unsupported Languages: If your language is not supported by either our standard or localized stylesheets, please contact us at contact@auto-dox.com.
Review and Apply
After Sonar Legal has generated style suggestions for all the paragraphs, you will be presented with a review table. Here, you can review Sonar Legal's suggestions, and adjust any styles as needed before applying the formatting to your document.
Use the dropdown menu next to each paragraph in the table to modify the suggested style if necessary. Once you have reviewed and confirmed the style for every paragraph, click Apply to update your entire document to your selected stylesheet.
