📐 Formatting Rules

Body styles always match their parent Heading styles (e.g., Heading 2 → Body 2, Heading 3 → Body 3).
⚠️ Exception: Heading 1 SONAR is followed by Body 2 SONAR (instead of Body 1 SONAR)
Level styles are always one level deeper than their parent Heading styles (e.g., Heading 1 → Level 2, Heading 2 → Level 3)
